Billy Grogan is a 33 year law enforcement veteran and is currently the Chief of Police for the Dunwoody Police Department, a suburb of Atlanta, GA. Billy was an early adopter of law enforcement's use of social media and his agency has received many accolades for its use of social media to engage their community. Billy has written about the benefits of law enforcement's use of social media, participated in several social media focus groups, webinars and presented at the IACP, Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police Conference, COPS Conference and many other venues. Billy is a regular contributor to the IACP's social media blog, The Social Media Beat.

Mark Economou is the Public Information Manager for the Boca Raton Police Department in BocaRaton, Florida. His media and public relations background spans nearly 20 years. Spending nearly 15 years in radio and television news, Economou held many positions from assignment editor, reporter, anchor, and executive editor. After that, he served as the Director of Media Relations for Cote & D'Ambrosio, a Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising firm in Wickford, RI.
Mark then served as head of Media Relations for Citizens Bank of Rhode Island, the 9th largest bank in the United States. Mark is a featured blogger for the International Association of Chiefs of Police and speaks at their annual conference yearly. He has presented to several police organizations regularly on the role and strategy of the Public Information Officer and the use of social media.

Tim Burrows retired from a 25-year career as a police officer assigned to all major areas of front line and investigative policing. The last five years of his career were spent specializing in communications and social media program development. He is regarded as an innovative thought leader and effective teacher in the use of Social Media and communications for policing, law enforcement and government organizations. Tim developed communications programs and developed the training and publishing of several social media sites for police agencies and was one of two officers assigned to live interview and issue management during the largest security event at the time, the G8/G20 Summits in Toronto, Canada.
Tim has worked with police, law enforcement, government and non-profits in the development of social media programs, strategy implementation, risk management/mitigation and the day-to-day use of social media in the use of Social Media for law enforcement. Tim is a regular presenter internationally to audiences of police executives, leadership, crisis communications, front-line and support personnel along with keynote lectures on social media, public safety, community safety and engagement for mainstream audiences.
